Making progress!

We wanted to let you know about some improvements we've made with our bagged coffee beans! First, we have new resealable bags with one-way valves that will help keep your coffee fresher. Second, we created a simple label that allows us to provide a few details about the coffee, as well as a "Roasted on" date. Third, we have decided to move away from the one pound bag to a 12 oz bag. The resealable closure on the new bags made grinding 16oz of coffee a challenge, as the final ounces of ground coffee would try to spill out. We figured you don't like wasting delicious coffee anymore than we did, so we made the change. An added benefit will be decreased shipping expenses.
